Flat Rate. The renter will have access to the first floor and ground from 9am on the day of the event until 9am the day after the event so you may come back the following morning to clean-up. See more under Rental Details below. Max occupancy on first floor: 130. (Add $150 for black or white table and chair linens)

Includes tables and chairs, table linens (black only), chair linens (black only) available for additional fee of $50. Contact us for weekend rates and availability. We provide Projector and Screen (First and Second Floor), PA system with Mic, Lecturn, Computer for presentations, Bluetooth Audio.

Rental Information

  • About the Space
    You may rent the first floor or the first and second floor together. The first floor has a maximum occupancy of 130. The second floor, which was renovated in 2022, boasts a large ballroom and has a maximum floor occupancy of 215 . There are warming kitchens on the first and second floor. 
  • Catering/Food
    To save the client expenses we allow you to choose your own caterer. If you want to save even more we allow you to bring in your own pre-prepared food and keep it cold/hot in our warming kitchens.
  • Alcohol
    Savings here as well. You may find a caterer to provide your alcohol, or we do permit you to bring in your own alcohol. However, in order to bring in your own alcohol you must have it served by a certified TiPs server, and show proof of your own Host Liquor Liability Insurance (HLLI). Most homeowner insurances have HLLI. If yours does not you can purchase a 1 day rider from a local insurance carrier or online for a small fee. 
  • Included in Base Fee
    You will have access to the grounds and the first floor or both floors depending on your contract. We will also provide tables and chairs as available. We have 5ft round, and 6ft/8ft rectangle tables available for use. We also have black and white table and chair linens available for a minimal additional cost (Deposit is waived with linen fee). We also have some decorations that you may rent.
  • For Meetings and Other Gatherings
    When calculating the number of hours be sure to consider your setup and clean-up time. Prices subject to change without notice. Call or email if you have any questions or would like to book.
